2014

2018

The construction of the 15-storey block A in the Park Hill Saburtalo residential complex at 9 Elizbara Mindeli Street has been completed. The construction of the block next door continues.

2020

Commissioning of the next residential building in the Park Hill Saburtalo residential complex. During the construction, environmentally friendly materials were used, as well as advanced technologies that improve the characteristics of the structure.

2022

Construction of the Park Hill Jiqia residential complex at 22 Anna Politkovskaya St. has begun. The 12-storey building is planned to be commissioned in 2024.
